At SAV Impresa, we also specialize in rapid build and semi-modular construction processes. As efficiency and speed is a primary concern for property owners and developers, we at SAV Impresa never want to compromise the quality of a project for speed. That’s why we use rapid build and semi-modular building techniques to efficiently bring projects to life. We do this by identifying which part of the construction process can be completed modularly offsite to accelerate the project. About Sergio 

Sergio Vacilotto, founder of SAV Impresa Management, brings over 25 years experience in the construction industry. He has worked on many commercial and residential projects throughout the Greater Toronto Area including the well known Absolute World Towers in Mississauga Ontario.

His passion for construction, attention to detail, and commitment to delivering excellent construction projects was instilled in him from a young age from his father.  

After graduating from Ryerson University in 1995 with a B.Eng. in Civil Engineering, Sergio embarked on his professional career.   

Throughout his career, Sergio’s primary area of focus has been midrise and highrise residential construction throughout the Greater Toronto Area, having completed projects ranging from four to 62 storeys. 

Sergio is a sought-after thought leader in the construction management space. He has been the subject of several media interviews (featured in the Globe and Mail and Toronto Star), offers mentorship to construction management students at George Brown College, and has led numerous presentations.
